There are many reasons for solvent loss in cooking oil extraction plant, and solvent loss can cause many hazards to oil production. The solvent in the oil extraction plant is actually a harmful substance, and its loss will cause serious harm to the health of the operators of the oil equipment. Moreover, the solvent is required for the normal operation of the cooking oil extraction plant. Reducing its loss can reasonably reduce the production cost of our company.
The loss of solvent in cooking oil extraction plant mainly comes from the following aspects:
(1) Solvent loss in the exhaust gas discharged into the atmosphere. After being absorbed by paraffin, the exhaust gas reaches an emission level of 10mg/l and then is emptied.
(2) The solvent loss in the cooking oil extraction workshop is taken out of the crude oil. The extracted crude oil is sent to the oil extraction workshop after vacuum distillation to reach 100ppm.
(3) Solvent loss in the finished meal taken out of the oil extraction workshop. After sufficient evaporation and removal, it is required to pass the detonation test.
(4) Solvent loss taken away by the wastewater discharged from the water distribution tank. To prevent water separation and emulsification, the wastewater is discharged after cooking.
(5) Solvent lost due to equipment running, bubbling, dripping and leaking. To maintain the normal operation of the equipment, the principle of plugging leaks must be followed to prevent the escape of solvents and reduce equipment production failures.
(6) Solvents lost by normal breathing in the solvent library. Keep the solvent library under low temperature conditions and bury the solvent library directly underground. Measures to reduce solvents should be analyzed from the cooking oil extraction plant and oil extraction process to achieve lower consumption.
We should choose different treatment methods according to different reasons for loss to speed up the economic benefits of our cooking oil extraction plant.
