The rice bran extruder is composed of frame, bearing box, barrel, spiral shaft, template, direct steam adding system, etc. Extruder is an important equipment for oil plant to increase output, reduce consumption and improve product quality. It is suitable for all kinds of oilseeds, by extrusion, heating, shearing, rubbing and other effects in extruder's cylinder, the oil cells are completely destroyed, and oil in the cells is fully exposed, the pressure is suddenly reduced at the outlet of the template, and the moderately expanded material is obtained by evaporation of water vapor.
