2. Steaming: After the palm fruit bunches enter the sterilization tank, steam is passed through them for high-temperature steaming. On the one hand, it can destroy the lipase in the pulp to prevent the free fatty acid content in the oil from increasing. On the other hand, high-temperature sterilization can make the fruit soft and convenient for mechanical threshing.

4. Pressing: The crushed palm fruits enter the palm oil double-screw oil press for pressing. After pressing, the mixture of oil, water, solid impurities and the mixture of fiber and kernel are obtained.

5. Clarification and drying: Crude palm oil is separated from the mixture of oil, water and solid impurities through clarification equipment to remove other impurities.

6. Refining: The deacidified palm oil is refined, including decolorization, deodorization, dehydration and other processes to further improve the quality of oil.
