The process of palm oil production line:

1) The palm fruit bunches are sent to the virgin crushing plant within 24 hours after being picked (to prevent FFA from increasing).

2) Steaming: Sterilize and boil the palm fruit bunches at 150℃ for 2 hours.

3) Palm fruit peeling, palm defruiting machine, fruit strings are separated, the strings are burned as fertilizer, and the fruits are sent to the silo

4) Pressing: Double screw oil press. The pressed cake is extruded from the machine head, containing the core (not broken, containing palm kernel oil), and the liquid part flows out from the oil outlet, and is filtered and sent to the butterfly centrifuge to obtain crude palm oil.

5) Press palm kernel oil, and the pressed cake obtained in step (4) is sent to the mesh separation port.

a) The squeezed and squeezed fruit pulp fibers are processed to produce fiberboard and paper;

b) The fruit core is sent to the crusher by air, and the core shell is cracked to separate the kernel particles, and the core shell is used as fuel;

c) Palm kernel is processed through press, filter and butterfly separator to obtain crude palm kernel oil.
