Pre-pressing

Oil pre-pressing is one of parts of cooking oil pressing section. After pretreatment, the raw materials will be sent to the edible oil pressing machine, and crude oil will be obtained after oil pressing; different raw materials have different edible oil pressing equipment; we will configure the list and equipment process according to customer requirements.

Depending on the type of oilseed, we need to use different methods of oil press: Oil press is divided into oil pre-pressing and pressing (cold pressing, hot pressing). Here we mainly introduce oil pre-press machine.

Oil Pre-press machine can extract about 70% of the oil in the oilseeds (the oil content of the extracted cake/meal is required to be less than 20%). Whether oil pre-pressing is required is related to the oil content of the oil seeds.

1. Oil Pre-press: Oil content ≥20%

    Oil seeds: Sunflower seeds, peanuts, rapeseed, cottonseed, etc.

2. Oil Solvent extraction: Oil content <20%

    Oil seeds: Soybeans, rice bran, etc.

The related equipment for Oil Pre-pressing: Mainly oil press machine (palm fruit oil press machine is different from conventional oil pressing)

Oil pre-pressing technology is a traditional processing technology for high oil content. Our oil pre-pressing technology has the following advantages:

1. Able to process a variety of oils: peanuts, rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower seeds, and sesame, etc;

2. According to customers' requirements, the expansion process can be used to save energy and obtain high-quality oil;
