Solvent extraction machine is a process of extracting edible oil by solvent extraction. The raw material of solvent extraction equipment is pressed cake or pre-treated cake; the solvent extraction plant uses the world's advanced technology to achieve good extraction and oil extraction effects.
The oil flaking pieces/cakes from oilseed pretreatment plant enter the oil solvent extraction plant. Through specific oil extractor, the solid-liquid extraction method is used to achieve full contact between the solvent and the oil, so as to fully dissolve and extract the oil. The miscella and wet meal extracted from the flaking enter the mixed oil evaporation and wet meal desolvation systems respectively. The mixed oil evaporates and the solvent recovery to obtain crude oil. At the same time, the wet meal desolvation system also recovers the solvent in the meal to obtain the extracted meal.
The cooking oil solvent extraction plant generally includes four parts: oil extraction, wet meal desolventizing, miscella evaporation and solvent recovery process. After oil solvent extraction plant, the residual oil rate in the meal is less than 1%.
1. Oil Extraction Machine: Rotocel extractor, loop type extractor, chain extractor | Oil extraction: Extraction principle is using solvents to extract oil from oil seeds. The commonly used solvent is n-hexane. Use solvent to soak and spray the pre-pressed or pre-treated cake. Through soaking, fatty acids will be absorbed into the 6# solvent to form a mixed oil; after passing through the oil extractor, wet meal and miscella can be obtained. |
2. DTDC Desolventizer Toaster: To remove the solvent in the meal, using evaporation, drying and cooling methods. | Wet meal desolvation: Used to dry, evaporate the wet meal after oil extraction, and separate the solvent in the wet meal. |
3. Miscella First Evaporator: First evaporation, the miscella concentration is 70-75% | Miscella treatment: Miscella is grease containing oil solvent. In order to remove the solvent in the oil, the solvent can be separated by evaporation and stripping (evaporation temperatures are different). Evaporation: Pump the miscella into the miscella tank, add 10% brine to remove the wet meal impurities and phospholipids in the miscella, after precipitation, miscella is pumped into the first evaporator for evaporation. |
4. Miscella Second Evaporator: Second steaming, miscella concentration 85-90% | Evaporation: The solvent content in the mixed oil after the first evaporator has been partially removed. After entering the second evaporator, the residual solvent in the miscella is evaporated by high-temperature steam. |
5. Stripping Tower: Mixed oil concentration 99.8% | Stripping: Also known as the last evaporator, the oil content in the miscella after the first two evaporators has been removed by more than 90%. After passing through the stripping tower, the solvent will be completely evaporated, and the crude oil quality meets the national standard. |
6. Condenser: The purpose is solvent recycling and reduce solvent consumption. Mainly involves solvent-containing exhaust gas and wastewater. | Solvent recovery: Used to cool the evaporated solvent gas in the evaporator, recycle and reuse it. The condensers in the leaching workshop include horizontal condensers and vertical condensers, which can be customized according to customer requirements. 1) Solvent steam/mixed steam---condensation/water separation---solvent turnover tank 2) Free gas---mineral oil absorption---condensation/water separation---solvent turnover tank 3) Solvent-containing wastewater---cooking---water separation---sewage treatment 4) Solvent recovery equipment - condenser, water distribution tank, exhaust gas recovery system |
1. Extract the residual oil in the cake. The residual oil in the cake after extraction is less than 1%, such as sunflower cake, cottonseed cake, rapeseed cake, peanut cake, etc.;
2. Directly used to process low-oil oilseeds, usually the oilseeds that have been pre-treated directly enter the solvent extraction workshop, such as soybeans, rice bran, etc. The oil content of these oilseeds is less than 20%, and the residual oil rate in the cake after extraction is less than 1%;
