2. Sterilization section | Use scraper conveyor and fruit cage to transport fresh palm fruit bunches to the sterilization tank for high temperature sterilization (145℃, 90-120 minutes) to effectively control the free fatty acid content in palm fruit and provide basic conditions for subsequent processing. 3. Threshing section | After the fresh palm fruit bunches are sterilized, they are transported to the palm fruit threshing machine, which separates the fruit particles from the fruit bunches by rotating and beating. The main features are as follows: 1. Coaxial design: Double-row self-aligning bearings are used to ensure coaxiality, strong stability, low failure rate and easy maintenance. 2. Gradual start: The torque is large when the main shaft starts, which causes great harm to the equipment and transmission equipment. We adopt hydraulic couplers to gradually start from the motor end and use V-belts to connect the motor reducer, to ensure the stability of the start-up phase. |
4. Palm fruit oil pressing section | The main equipment in the palm oil pressing section is the crushing tank and palm oil press machine: 1. The crushing tank is mainly used to crush and heat the fruit before the entire fruit bunch enters the press; The main models are: 2000L, 3000L, 3500L, 4500L. 2. The twin-screw oil press is a twin-screw extruder that crushes and produces pulp, and is equipped with a hydraulic system as an auxiliary to ensure that the residual oil in the filter cake is reduced and the integrity of the palm kernel is guaranteed. 5. Crude oil filtration part | 1. Initial filtration of hard and fiber impurities in the pressed crude palm oil; 2. Double-layer filter screen, upper filter screen 20 mesh, lower filter screen 40 mesh 3. The filtered crude palm oil enters the crude oil tank, and the hard and impurities are recovered and squeezed. |
6. Oil clarification section | The squeezed crude palm oil is filtered, settled, centrifuged, and vacuum dried to separate the water and residue in the crude oil to obtain pure crude palm oil. 10. Palm kernel recovery section | The kernel and the shell are separated by wind screening and water washing according to the different specific gravity.
