1. Soybean Oil Production Line - Pretreatment Section:  

The following is a process of soybean oil pretreatment plant:

1) Cleaning screen: Used to clean stones, straw and other impurities in soybeans.

2) Magnetic separator: Used to remove metal impurities in soybeans to avoid equipment damage.

3) Crusher: Used to break soybeans into small pieces, which can improve the oil yield of soybeans.

4) Softening pot: This is a unique process of soybean oil production line. This process is to speed up the ductility of soybeans, so that the embryo flakes are thinner and the powder content is lower, which can reasonably reduce the powder in the crude oil.

5) Flaking machine: This equipment presses soybeans into 3mm-5mm thin slices, which can destroy fat cells and facilitate oil production.

6) Extruder: to make soybean be expanded into large particles by high temperature, high pressure, water and steam, in order to increase oil yield and oil quality.

7) Dryer: This equipment is used to adjust the moisture content of soybeans to 7% - 9% to achieve the best standard for oil extraction.

2. Soybean Oil Production Line - Solvent Extraction Section:

Equipment involved in soybean oil solvent extraction plant:

1. Oil Extractor (rotocel extractor, loop extractor, chain extractor)

2. DTDC Desolventizer Toaster

3. Mixed oil evaporator and stripping tower

4. Solvent recovery: condenser, water-solvent separation tank,

5. Tail gas recovery system

The pre-treated soybean embryo flakes are sent to the soybean oil extraction plant, and the oil is extracted from the soybeans by using 6# solvent (n-hexane), and then the solvent is separated from the crude oil and recycled; the crude oil is sent to the soybean oil refining plant for refining.

3. Soybean Oil Production Line - Refining Section:

1) Degumming and deacidification section: used to remove phospholipids and free fatty acids in crude soybean oil;

2) Decolorization section: Use white clay adsorption method to remove pigments in oil, making the oil clearer;

3) Deodorization section: Use direct steam to remove odor substances in soybean oil, making the soybean oil taste better;
